ACCESS: Visitors can reach D'Hort Cove following two paved roads: Take the road from Sant Josep de sa Talaia to es Cubells, making a left towards the beach at km 5, or else take the road from Sant Josep de sa Talaia to Ibiza, and taking the road to the beach at km 13.
TRANSPORTATION: By car or by bicycle.
DISTANCES: 23 km from Ibiza and 10 km from Sant Josep de sa Talaia.
DESCRIPTION: Well-protected beach with its closed bay structure. A stream flows onto its sands, coming from one of the most beautiful areas in the island, a few meters from the beach, which has been declared a protected area by the local government.
LENGTH: 150m.
WIDTH: From 5 to 20m.
TERRAIN: Formed by fine, natural sand, with some rocky areas at the ends.
DEPTH: Also formed by sand, with rocks at both ends. These rocky areas are very interesting for snorklers. Depth reaches 1 m at 25 m from the shoreline. The rocky areas are deeper, especially at the beginning.
ORIENTATION AND PREDOMINANT WINDDS: During the summer, always mild winds from the sea inland.
SCENERY: This is one of the most breathtaking places in the island, offering a view of the small island of es Vedrá. Those looking for natural environments can enjoy the scenery formed by the area which names the beach, just a few meters away from it.
